This document will cover the agreed price, what insurances they will require, what time frame the work will be completed in, liquidated damages, extensions of time, variations and general housekeeping rules.

Supervisors Pack – A checklist of all the documents your site supervisor will require on site prior to starting, including laminated plans to keep on site, scope of works, list of contractors etc. Delegating this task to your admin person will become a repeatable process for every project.

Neighbour notification letter – Do you know that the simple process of dropping a standard letter into the neighbour’s mailbox prior to starting construction can lead to more work? Yes! its that simple, a courtesy letter letting them know your start date, hours of operation and an emergency contact number stands you out as a professional operator. When those neighbours want to build or renovate who do you think they are going to call?

Site establishment checklist – Providing your supervisor with the checklist of everything they need to organize at the beginning of the project means the site will be safe and compliant with all regulations. This will include site fences, warning / builders signage, electrical and plumbing connections or disconnections, all weather access, first aid requirements, property protection and more. Document the system so nothing gets missed and protect your company from any liabilities that could occur otherwise.
